ProviderLink Help provides detailed information and instructions on how to use ProviderLink in your daily work. Below is a brief description of the types of Help documentation and training available to ProviderLink users. Use the menu, on the left side of this screen, to view the Help topics. Click the book icon to expand and view all of the topics in a specific section.
Screen-level Help
Screen-level Help provides an overview of a specific screen in ProviderLink.
This includes how to access the screen as well as a description and explanation
of the screen's fields and menu options.
Screen-level Help is divided into sections that:
- explain the purpose of the screen
- how it is typically accessed
- briefly explanation how to use the features to complete a task (i.e.,
viewing patients on a specific work list)
- describe or explain each field, including ones in which data must be
entered
- describe each option on the main menu bar at the top of the screen
- include warnings, tips, and notes as needed to provide additional information

ProviderLink Release
Notes
ProviderLink Release Notes provide an overview of new features, product
enhancements, and fixes that have been added in a specific release
of the application. You can download and print the Release Notes.
Manuals
User training guides provide detailed instructions on how to use ProviderLink
in your daily work (users) or administer the ProviderLink system (facility
administrators). You can download and print the Training Guides.
Tip Sheets
Tip Sheets are detailed, one to four page documents that explain how
to perform a task in ProviderLink in a step-by-step manner. You can
download and print the Tip Sheets.
eLearning Videos
The eLearning videos are primarily for users new to ProviderLink to
learn how to use the most common features that relate to their field
of healthcare by viewing a series of online training classes.
Virtual Print Solution
(VPS) Installation
Includes links to download the ProviderLink Virtual Print Solution.
To print documents from another application and have them appear in
ProviderLink, the installation of the ProviderLink Virtual Print Solution
software is required on each user's computer or facility's network.
