Using ProviderLink Help

ProviderLink Help provides detailed information and instructions on how to use ProviderLink in your daily work. Below is a brief description of the types of Help documentation and training available to ProviderLink users. Use the menu, on the left side of this screen, to view the Help topics. Click the book icon to expand and view all of the topics in a specific section.


Screen-level Help

Screen-level Help provides an overview of a specific screen in ProviderLink. This includes how to access the screen as well as a description and explanation of the screen's fields and menu options.

Screen-level Help is divided into sections that:
- explain the purpose of the screen
- how it is typically accessed
- briefly explanation how to use the features to complete a task (i.e., viewing patients on a specific work list)
- describe or explain each field, including ones in which data must be entered
- describe each option on the main menu bar at the top of the screen
- include warnings, tips, and notes as needed to provide additional information
